purplekat
Hiya, New eglu owner here. I was looking inside my eglu and noticed some weird shaped holes on the inside of the front wall. At first I thought it was for one of the grub/glug things to hang off but the gap between them isn't big enough - does anyone know what they're actually for?? (it's been annoying me for days now!!) Thanks
jen
Hello! I think they are just to let the air in (do you mean the ones on the grey bit of plastic?). Hope you are enjoying your hens.
purplekat
They're underneath the air holes and are square at the top and pointy at the bottom. They only go through the grey plastic rather than all the way through like the air holes. I love my new chickens - getting impatient for my first egg though - their combs are getting redder every day so don't think it'll be long now (fingers crossed!) Christian
It is to do with the rabbit eglu. I think that is where you hang the hay rack.
