But today we have beautiful winter sun, and I thought I should share with you our girls making the most of it. It alwyas makes me to see them sunbathing, they look so funny! Gwladys (frizzle silkie) is particularly amusing as she looks like somebody has thrown a pile of feathers down on the ground and you only realise it is a chicken when a foot or wing emerges from the heap! daxigirl Posted November 16, 2010 Share Posted November 16, 2010 The yellow legs were actually allowed to sunbathe alongside the black legs this afternoon, it was lovely to see and they were clearly all enjoying the sun as they were all rolled right over on their sides with legs and wings stuck out willynilly, and were relaxed enough to shut their eyes from time to time.
