Hello,

 

 

I've spotted some pretty cheap WIR's i like the look of on eBay i pm'd the seller asking what Mesh he uses and he said 19 gauge Weld Mesh is this any good?

 

I'm saving up £20 a week so it'll take me about 3 - 4 months........Can't wait

looks fab! I think we used 19g weldmesh on ours, the 16g is meant to be stronger but so far we havent had any problems. I also read (on here) that the 19g is easier to see through because it's wider apart, so I guess it is a compromise between Stalag 19 to keep the foxes out, and something a bit more aesthetically pleasing...

We used 19 g on our WIR. Its still in pieces at the bottom of the garden but is going up next week, come rain, shine snow etc etc as we are both off. Can't wait.

My run came from there but I specified the 16g wire (paranoid)

16g here too not much visual diference the wire is just thicker, the gap/hole/square the same 1 inch.

I've had another look on eBay and he seems to have the best looking WIR's so i'll think i may get the one i posted the link to once we save up
