My Go has gone in this cold bitter weather. I posted re the door not shutting properly (ie the run one) - now the back one is playing up. I live in fear of the thing not shutting at all but have no other way of getting my eggs or cleaning it out. Help - it really does seem to have shrunk. I am at a loss as I dont want to harm my girls.

Thanks Christian I will - have checked the section on caring for chucks in cold weather. just thought a knowing chicken mum or dad may have had prob and have a solution

You might want to check no bedding had dropped down the edge nearest the door from the tray bit. If so the tray might not go in enough, and therefore the door would be a tighter fit.

I have checked all that and contacted Omlet and the lovely lady contacted makers who want photos. job for OH tomorrow - since slight thaw its not so bad but its chilly today so I will probably have same problem again. Thanks Karlotta for the suggestion. There is a definite size problem when conditions are less chilly like yesterday you can see it.
