Margalot
Did anyone catch this last night? on sky 1 9pm 4 part drama part 1 last night Wow nice lot of eye candy for a lady my age! Well Phil Glennister and Max Beesley for starters I had totally missed any trailers until a couple of days ago but glad I watched, Apparently it was made for the Beeb or ITV but they decided to let sky have it. Definately worth a watch!
Seagazer
I've recorded it, looks as if it should be good. Mind you I've got so much to watch now especially as Sky Atlantic has started and I've got Six Feet Under, Sopranos, Boardwalk Empire to get going on as well. Didn't watch Sopranos and Six Feet the first time round.
chickencam
I saw it advertised and though eye candy fest too, but we don't have Sky I wouldn't kick any one of those men out of bed However Max Beesley is just so brooding, and masculine, he really make me come over all unecessary, I loved him in Survivors. Marc Warren is nice too! There is something hot about these 40 something men! Last night he was wearing some cheeky (too small) speedos and his bot was delicious! newcountrygirl
I didn't watch. Prefer to think of Phil Glenister as the totally gorgeous Gene Hunt. I'm still living in hope that somehow they'll bring out a new series - after all Gene was still carrying on with his quest.

Seagazer
We only watched the last half an hour, thought it was very good. Poor Ben Chaplin, nasty character but obviously in a lot of trouble. I really like Philip Glenister too. John Simms looks really different, not keen on Marc Warren's character. Wow the villa where they've filmed the series is just gorgeous. Lovely scenery and well acted from them all. Not too keen on all the swearing mind you. I'm going to go back and watch the first half now (ES was already watching it when we sat down). chickric
Really annoyed that they gave it to Sky as we don't have or want it and it looks good (not for the eye candy though )
Margalot
I enjoyed the series too and like the ending. My OH wasn't of the same opinion thought he thought it all got a bit silly! I dont think he would have put in that objection if the show had revolved around female characters maybe a bit too much testosterone flying around on screen isnt that apealling for men? Wow the villa , wouldn't it be lovely to live there? imagine the chooks you could have roaming around too! Poor old Phil Glenister
