I agree Lulu looks like the closest to laying from her comb and wattles....but then, Hetty and Daisy might surprise you...their combs aren't as big but they're nice and pink!! My Magpie, Toph had the bigger comb...but Suki (Silver Nick) laid first and she had a very small comb that didn't develop fully until long after she started laying!!
