Janepie33
Awww. Thanks Danni. Have just got a few wobbly bits round the middle that I don't to spread. No idea how this topic ended up here. My last post came here too. Do you think the mods are trying to tell me something!?
Christian
It seemed appropriate to move it as other similar diet/healthy eating topics are already in All things nice. Less of the cheek Ladies.
Lesley
I've had a look at the site - are you doing all 3 modules? and how customisable is the plan?
Janepie33
I put in all my details and goals and they put me straight on the steady plan. The diet option can be chopped and changed as you can view the menus for several weeks ahead. They always give you a meat/ fish /veggie option. The breakfasts seem to include lots of eggs! Diet suggests using sweetener, but I absolutely refuse to use that stuff. I think it is pure evil!! The exercise gives you a toning or cardio option each day. Things like toning exercises at home or a walk or run for cardio option. They send a motivational text each day, things that we all know, like using the stairs instead of the lift, getting off the bus one stop early etc, but it's good to be reminded. The idea is to get in contact with people with similar goals to yourself so you can encourage each other but out of around 10 e mails I sent, I only got 1 reply! I took advantage of the "All this for £1" deal, but of course it wasn't £1. I ended up paying £15 for the 10 weeks. I'll let you know if I loose any weight. Lesley
Thanks for that - I won't eat sweeteners either, I just need to eat less I might give the Diet and Nutrition module a go since I've fallen out with WW but I'd still like the push and a reason to weigh in. I think if you recommend me you get some free weeks? - I'll PM you.......and perhaps I can introduce the next person who might come along....
