Chicken boarders

We're looking into raising some meat birds. Before we take the plunge, I'd like to go on a good kill it, pluck it, gut it course to make sure I can see the whole thing through. Can anyone recommend any courses?

i reckon if you got enough interested people and suitable premises, alison might travel to where you are, provided you had enough interest.
