jlo
I recently got an iphone and I love it. However one thing that I can't get is the dragging of icons from one screen to another. I get to the bit where they all wiggle and can move them on the same screen. When I try and move them across or down they just ping back. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong? I've checked on the user guide etc but that just seems to suggest that they should move easily so I thought I would ask the most knowledgeable people that I know!! The Dogmother
I've just checked with an iphone user here and that's exactly what they do, so it ought to work
Geoid
There is another (I think easier way): Connect it up to your computer and open iTunes Click on the icon that says [your name]'s iPhone Click on the button (near the top of the screen) that says Apps You then will see all the 'screens' your ipod has Use your mouse to drag and drop apps where you want them
Sam
Hold until they wiggle drag right to edge of the screen (past the furthest left/right app) if that makes sense... my screen then automatically moves along, then you just drag and drop. jlo
Thanks for the replies. I think that I may have a problem with the phone as I have done as Fred suggested and the picture of my screens is like a "ghost" picture and unresponsive to any mouse clicks! Edited to add: Ignore that - I think I have it sorted now! Thanks. I knew I could count on you
