j00lz_12366
lol..it is obviously just Doris' dustbath as when any of the others goes near she pecks them away! Interestingly-to me anyway-their egg production seems to be easing off-we had been getting 3 or 4 eggs a day for the last week, but its been 2 for the last 2 days, I am kind of glad as it will give them a break to allow for refeathering but sad cos I love collecting the eggs throughout the day... Duncan08
I think it is my favourite time to watch them when they take a dust bath. Our girls snuggle down in pairs then start flicking the soil all over each other. I love the way they roll about, its like a little mad half hour where they let themselves go, then suddently stand up and go all aloof looking again!
