Dolly
I'm looking to buy a WIR for the girls and noticed that Aviaries 4U are often recommended. However, I understand they've now been taken over by someone else - does anyone have any recent experience and would you still recommend them? Thanks all! Janty
It isn't that they have been taken over by somebody else as such. Tony has handed the business over to his carpenter that he worked with. I only have experience of him working with Tony and he was very good (sorry, can't remember his name).
Patricia W
I think it's Lewis? Look in the Eglu, Cubes and Run section because I seem to remember some recent satisfied customers there
Janty
Yes, it is Lewis. I'm useless with names.
MummyHen
Lewis and Tony both came and did mine - a year ago - and am still very pleased with it
SteveC
Lewis came and did mine in mid-March 2011. Some photos on the thread entitled 'New Set Up - 3 weeks in' on the Eglus, Cubes and Runs forum. Lewis went to the trouble to supply and erect despite us being located outside of their normal area. Delivered on the day promised - showed up around 8.00am and done by around 10.30am - very efficient and well worth the money. Highly recommended. Parsley
Lewis delivered my 15' by 9' WIR a few weeks ago. He is very accomodating and will happily make adjustments to fit your individual circumstances. The assembly instructions are clear and he spent time explaining the best ways to tackle the large roof area. My run is now up and I am over the moon with it. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how well it has been made and the quality. Yes you can get cheaper but each panel corner is reinforced with a diagonal strut and attention to detail is obvious. I will be definately using him again once I save up my pennies and the only shock was that he does not have any chickens 10 out of 10 from me and I am a very picky customer
