Alis girls
Must be my age - got the hump this am - YS has left his jumper and trumpet and school and its not always easy to find stuff again when lost. OH who is a man of leiusre at present is so laid back hes horizontal. Found ES's lunch still in his bag cross as hate chucking food away. So breathe ........... Found jumper under a pile of papers - trumpet still at school. I desparately want a break being only bread winner in 2 stressful jobs. ES off to Barcelona with footie next week and looking to see if can get a last min break just the 3 of us. The footie trip was too costly for whole family. Anyway sorry to moan - just sometimes little things hack me off and pile up - silly as worse things happen at sea. ES asked me what the menopause was last night - adv him its when mummies lose the plot
Willow
and breathe Poor you, it does sound like you need a break. Apologies to any real new men on the board but it's odd how sorting out the family never stops being mums job even when you have a full time job as well (or even 2 jobs like you )
Charlottechicken
Well done for lasting this long before imploding! Sounds like that mini break should be one person only, in a spa somewhere
patsylabrador
You sound brilliant. I'm a spoilt housewife & admire women like you. Keep strong!
sadietoo
I consider myself spoilt because I only do 4 days a week. My colleague works full time whilst her husband stays at home as "house husband"...as far as I can see this involves playing golf as many days as he can fit in, whilst at the same time ringing her at regular intervals to check out what the children are doing that day eg..."so I have to pick up Ben at 3.30 from Basketball and Ellie at 4.15 from Ballet, and Charlie finishes his chess club at 4.30 is that right?.....she manages to keep all this in her head as well as a very demanding job... so I think it's absolutely ok to Lose the Plot sometimes....you would not be human otherwise!xx
