Had ordered book and some candy melts and set to making following to letter. Blooming things are one big faff. I manged to salvage 15 which looked sellable the rest were binned. I dont know where I went wrong but the things kept falling off the sticks. I also broke the drawer in the freezer when my bottles of elderflower champers fell out of fridge. So wasted afternoon. When you dip them, you need to put them in vertically and take them out the same way. Move them about in the chocolate or candy melt and they do fall off. Bakerella did a good Youtube video.
