2009 Omlet cube and run for sale

So no luck currently finding a cube without run nearby on ebay or on the marketplace (I know it's the wrong time of year!) so was considering getting a doodlehouse as they're pretty cheap and now made of plastic rather than that manky chipboard stuff. I would prefer a cube, because it's actually the right size and easier to clean and a better design to my mind, but can't find one second hand or any refurbs in the shop.

 

Anyone seen one in the flesh? Looks pretty big and nice, but I'm worried about it being flimsy...

Sorry I haven't seen one, but have you thought about the Solway houses? They're not exactly pretty but they are functional and value for money.

I have seen them in the flesh Eirean.

 

They are made of a sort of laminated plyboard and seem to be made of slotted sections which fit together... or not

That's sort of what I thought - they're made of proper plastic now, but they still look a bit fragile and flimsy to me. Oh well, back to hunting on ebay and resisting just ordering a new one on the credit card.

I bought one of these about 3 weeks ago. Its fab, certainly worth the money.

I like the little ones, but I'd need to buy a bigger one for all my lot and it's about as much as a second hand cube (should I ever find one. sigh)
