johnandkymberley
Violet is a new black rock, she is only about 24 weeks old. although she loves roosting on the mezzine level and the outdoor roosting bars, i found her yesterday on our 6ft fence facing out neighbours garden, fast asleep. it was a good job i saw her actually but hopped down as soon as she saw us into our garden, personally i think she was being nosey. Anyway checked her wings and they are clipped good, just cut them a bit more in line but does anyone know if this is down to her age or breed? my white stars willow and lily were a bit flighty but never ended up on the big fence!? thanks
Olly
Er - are both her wings clipped? That could be the problem - you need to have just one clipped, so they are unable to balance in flight.

migsy
How much did you take off? You need to take about 4 inches I'd say.
Plum
She's just nosy. My pekin and Coral Nick have both jumped 6 foot onto top of run but not repeated it, haven't clipped them though.
