Hi! Just collected my chucks from their holiday home and while they've been away they've been getting visits from the resident cockerel. Now, assuming that 'nature took it's course', I was just wondering how long after their last contact with the cockerel they would be laying (possibly) fertile eggs? Noodle laid in the box on the way home and presumably that egg could be fertile, but what about those laid from tomorrow onwards?

I've read somewere that it's about 10 days the eggs are still edible my girls run with a cockerel and I still use the eggs
