WitchHazel
I remember one of the major achievements advertised for the Bamix was tat it could turn skimmed milk to the consistency of cream. Have any of you managed to do this? If so, which of the 3 blades did you use? Thanks
WitchHazel
I've found it. Apparently it needs to be skimmed (not semi skimmed) milk, and the milk must be semi frozen.

yvonne
Aren't they FAB - I still have the one my Mum bought to mash up my baby food almost (cough) 50 years ago. When I moved in with my OH, we briefly used a cheaper but similar hand mixer he bought recently and the motor wore out after about 3 uses - hope mine never ever dies ! jasperaliceuk
I've had mine for about 9 years and love it. It is used for a daily cappucino - makes great milk froth. Sue
