busy bee
Hi, I have been reading up on chickens on here for a little while and just purchased our four this week. One for each of the children and one for my husband and myself to share!! We have a columbian black, gingernut ranger, bluebell and a speckledy. I cannot believe how much time we have all spent watching them! So far only one of them have laid an egg, the gingernut ranger, much to the other two children's disgust! When my daughter found her egg, it was like christmas, we could hear her from the bottom of the garden, so glad she didn't drop it whilst running to the house in excitement! The forum looks very good with lots of advice, which I am sure I shall be needing!
