MissMoo
RIP Jessie I think you should be alright to bury her in your garden as long as she is in something to protect her from being dug up by a cat or fox etc... But not sure how you stand by law, I did read somewhere that you should take the to the vets to be cremated which costs about £10, they might also look into why she died if you really wanted to know. JanTheDiver
Sorry to hear about Jessie If you are going to bury her in the garden you need to make it a very deep hole i.e. 6ft deep, as foxes can dig down a very long way! When one of mine died for no reason I had her cremated at the vets, it cost £16. You can get the ashes back if you then want to bury them in the garden. muzzboy
That is a big hole and I don't want to encourage foxes to my garden so I will take her to the vet tomorrow thanks for the info
