Sparkysmum , thank you for taking an interest , Clover is a Miss Pepperpot from Omlet , She is just lovely and her feathers are just beautiful. . The other 2 are Ginger nuts. They are all lovely ,,It was the first time i had managed to get any pictures up I look at the pictures of peoples silkies and hybreds and they are great , but would not change mine for one of them

My flock love to watch you through the conservatory door. When we moved house they were fenced in so they couldn't get to the back door. We hated it, so took the fence down. The chance of stepping out of the house onto some chicken poo is back, but so are the lovely chicken faces wondering what you are up to.

 

My mother said it was like being at a zoo, but with us inside the 'cage' being watched by the passing chickens. 'Hmmm ... I wonder what they are doing now .... sitting down .... lazy .... very boring for us to watch ..... !'
