chicken bark Posted October 12, 2011 Share Posted October 12, 2011 I've had Quail for a while now without any problems - they are not that young either so it is not as though the male has just decided to assert himself. However this afternoon I found my two white Quail hiding in the corner. They had been scalped. I have smothered their heads with Sudocrem (my answer to everything) and put them in a cat carrier in my dining room where hopefully it is quiet for them. I guess it is just a case of waiting and seeing what happens next. I guess when they are better they will be moving into a guinea pig cage back in the WIR separate from the others.
