beach chick
well, for lunch I had 2 fried eggs on thickly buttered toast, with a slice of ham between the egg and the toast. observations: Waitrose free range egg, bbd 12.07: pale yolk, wide, flabby white Tara's, laid yesterday: bright yellow yolk, small firm white Zero contest!!! I'm sure this is obvious to those who are eating all their own eggs already, but I was amazed by how differently they looked and cooked, as well as tasted. come on Tara, get busy again soon please! Eggheads
I'm sooo jealous. I can't wait until our girls start laying. Well done Tara!
marky mark
Freshly laid are far superior! They have been keeping hens at Marks work for a while now and they have some lavenders that lay some cracking blue eggs and they taste delicious! I acn't wait until my girls start laying! Egluntyne
Try making a sponge cake! They are delish and stay risen. ( No more cakes at Egluntine Towers though as Him Indoors has diabetes as I mentioned a bit back!)
