Attaching legal documents together? Help please

Recommended Posts

Hi

I have put a statutory declaration together myself and the other document on another A4 sheet is a map. The solicitor who is going to witness it asked me to join the two A4 sheets together.

They were really busy and in a rush so I dont like to bother her again as she is doing it for free with a donation to a charity.

Now can I just staple the two A4 sheets or do they have to be joined with a hole punch and ribbon and then sealed??

I have tried looking on the web but dont seem to be able to find out what is the best way?

Any help appreciated thank you

Donald

But she didnt know what the current thinking was and I googled but couldnt find an answer.........I thought I know who to ask the Omleters!

But I will use a staple or two!

Much appreciated cheers have good weekend all.

Only certain documents for court need to be bound with ribbon and seals. We don't get involved in that end of things so I don't know exactly which docs that applies to.

Tell me about it! The day I turned up to Usher in my new nice black shirt....I'd forgotton High Court Judges are allergic to them. It got me out of a boring retrial about flytipping though
