I have bought the dragonfly one for YS girlfriend. It seemed like the ideal present as she is difficult to buy for. Everything I think of is a no no for one reason or another as she is vegan, pro animal rights, eco aware...etc, Ys says she will love it

I've been making some nests out of willow this week - crocheting around the willow twigs, and crocheting them up into a nest shape They look quite good!

I was looking for a tension tray like the one Kirstie made - we grow 3 different colours of willow so I'm going to make some as presents but I like the kits.....good for more ideas.

Lucky me. OH gave me the hanging basket kit so I shall now be able to talk about staking up, slath, wale, upsetting, siding and top wale

 

The instructions have diagrams for every stage so hopefully this time I shall create a work of art and hopefully be able to go on and make other things.

I'll let you know how it goes

I bought one of these and made OH a wastepaper basket, he seems really pleased with it and wouldn't believe I'd made it myself until ES said he watched me make it.

I bought my mum one too, and my sister in law. they are based not far from me, I'm intending to go and have a look at the shop soon.

 

There is a lady who runs courses a couple of miles away. I have been on some, and made a dragonfly, and recently did Christmas decorations. I'm booked on one with my mum in February to make ................willow chickens!!!!!!!! Hope it doesn't snow....
