Geoid
Made a carbonara today, its is very tasty All you need is (for 4 people) 4 eggs 2 handfuls of grated cheese some ham or cooked bacon 1 small pot of cream pasta of your choice All you have to do is: put the pasta on beat the eggs add cheese, cream and ham to eggs mixture and mix well (add herbs and pepper if you want) drain the pasta and put it in a bowl whilst the pasta is still hot, pour the mixture over it and give it a stir serve and enjoy! ps the sauce doesnt need cooking as the hot pasta will do that for you

Geoid
Couperman doesnt like pasta I gave some of it to my dad, who also hates pasta, and he said "it was the nicest thing you can do with the most disgusting food" It must be good then
Egluntyne
oooo, that sounds yummy.Couperman doesnt like pasta, so ill try that one when he is out Him Indoors and Youngest Darling Son hate pasta....it actually makes them gag. I have to wait until my other 2 normal children return to the bosom of the family to make anything creative with pasta. Sometimes I just have some with Pesto....which Him Indoors says tastes like Germolene.
The Dogmother
I cook Carbonara a lot Fred. My mother is Italian, so I cook lots of Italian food at home, luckily Rosie loves pasta as much as I do, and this is a lovely, quick sauce. I tend to do our own family recipe, which is similar, but doesn't include cream. Thanks for reminding me, I may have to do some tonight.
