earache help

Bizzymum, thats what happened to me a few years ago on new years day and i ended up at the doc at the hospital.... its never been the same since.

 

 

Horrid eh? Have you gotten checked out yet? I do hope that you aren't suffering too much, nothing worse than earache really IMHO...will keep an eye out for updates!!! {{{HUGS}}} xx

A 50/50 blend of vinegar and alcohol will work if the earache is due to swimmer's ear. If that fails, I use a few drops of tea tree oil mixed with a teaspoon or so of olive oil. I try to stay on antihistamines during allergy season to keep inflammation down. I realize its probably not allergy season where you are, but here the pine pollen is starting to fall and it makes my sinuses go haywire!

 

That was gross about the earring, Cinnamon, but glad it finally came out! :vom:

my Grandmother once told me that in Peru they coil up a piece of something flammable light the end and put (the unlighted end) in their ear... :lol: Sounds a bit dangerous to me!!!!

Hope you get better soon, earaches are a pain in..... well... the ear!!! :lol:

You can buy Hopi Ear Candles from places like Holland and Barratt. I did try them once when I had a blocked ear but I can't say it made any difference.
