Rosie and I have recently taken to using the new Oral B Pro-Expert toothpaste and alternate it with our Aloe Vera one. It's very good and I find that it doesn't leave my mouth feeling stingy and pickled like most toothpastes do. We're getting to the end of our current tube, and I squeezed some out this morning to find that it had black flecks/streaks in it. I took a photo of this before I rinsed it off the toothbrush and contacted their customer services (Hooray, they have an 0800 number ) very helpful assistant on the phone - they are having a problem with some of the ingredients 'oxidising'; they are sending me a free courier pack to send it and the photos back in, plus a voucher to buy a replacement free. Mum Posted January 31, 2012 Share Posted January 31, 2012 How funny to see the tread title - a couple of hours ago I was picking up my prescription and the lady at the counter was reducing this product and another customer was asking about it.
