Mum
Methinks there is something wrong with the CH thermostat. Since the really cold weather has hit us, the CE simple does not perform to thermostat temps! We get up in the morning and its chillywilly world! No matter how high I put the CE thermostat - we are still cold! When cooking, the "flame" will increase/decrease depending on what the boiler is doing (can this be right?) So, in a nutshell - cold, shivering-despite-thermometer; desperate for constructve advice!
Eggasperated
Has your boiler got its own temperature control? If it's set too low it won't be able to cope with all the demands on it in exceptionally cold weather.
BizzyMomma
Personnally I'd get some-one out to service it? Am assuming that you've bled all your radiators and checked the boiler pressure already..
Ain't Nobody Here
If it's not your boiler, perhaps try this?
Mum
The boiler was serviced a couple of months ago. Not sure about boiler pressure or if it has its own temp control. ANH - I had seen that thread and I think that's a route I'm going to have to take.
