jackian
I was so nervous when Just under 4 weeks ago we had our two new girls Eva and Little Rose ,who joined Poppy and Clover . We kept them side by side in seperate WIR with two coups.chicken wire seperating the two. At first the noise was dreadful from Poppy she screamed non stop for 3 hours on the first day and every day on for a week getting less and less ., It was so bad a one stage I had to say sorry to my neighbour first week we let them out FR for an hour or so seperately letting them see each other all the time. second week Longer and no screaming at all. Third week All out together but still in seperate runs , a little bit of "get out of my space" from Poppy and little Rose chased a bit . ..Clover was not phased at all (Poppy was bottom of old pecking order) All week everything was fine. Yesterday Saturday ,We cut a square of wire out of the middle of the two runs and added a small door ,just in case they needed to be seperated urgently. All the advice I followed I got from this great forum. I did not see what happened at bedtime.. This morning they all came out of the same coup . Fingers crossed ..We have cracked it .
