lindafw
Finally my bantum aracana has laid a blue egg. Oh the excitement...it could have been green but is an eau de nil palest blue. I have waited soooooo long. Its been quite a saga......I got a trio of aracanas (the 'normal' size) two turned into cockerals and were replaced by the breeder...the other died 2 weeks ago age 10 months or so...now I have a bantie who should be normal size but at least and egg...oh and what looks like another cockeral...but never crows !! beccauk
Hi I have just got three amber links and will be having a run made so theres more room, and im thinking of getting a chicken roughtly the size as my amber links or a couple of bantams and i want to get a breed which lays blue eggs, i was thinking of getting a columbine but you only get a 80% chance, ive read about cream leg bars. Wondered what was best advised for a good blue egg layer thats simular in nature as amber links as i think their crossed with a leg bar and rhode island, which did make me lean towards cream leg bar.
