dance in the dark
Well, as I have said before I am a great lover of araucanas and the other day, mine decided to both lay an egg, at the same time, in the cube which I was in the middle of cleaning, despite the fact that they had an array of other nest boxes to choose from. Well, the lit and the back of the cube were off, and I think more people should see pics of araucanas so I dutifully grabbed my camera. dance in the dark
You know, it always amazes me how small they are. they aren't bantams and both lay eggs either about or over 60g, but compared to my hybrids and orpingtons in the nestbox they are minuscule!
