Mine's got 3 more A2s and finishes Friday. He can't wait for Friday afternoon!

I've got 3 more of my A2s left too, finish on Friday. My parents don't have to nag me to revise though, but my mum complains that she misses me I'll be able to come out of my room soon

I have a table booked at Jamie Oliver's place in Bath for DD and a crate of Fosters for ES (to drink responsibly of course ). I am exhausted and I have only been responsible for testing and refuelling

ED has her last exam that is important to her tomorrow morning, which is English, she is frantically learning quotes as I type, then she just has a General Studies exam next week. She hasn't had to go to general lessons this year because she did 4 A2 subjects. She was a bit upset by her psychology exam yesterday, she miss timed it and had to rush the second section, but has good marks from previous exams and coursework so hopefully she will be ok. She needs 3 A's from 4 subjects to get her uni place and psychology was her strongest subject.

 

DS has a physics exam tomorrow morning then he has a break of a week until his final two which are DT and German, so he isn't done until then, but at least he has done the bulk of them now, last week was tough for him. He is pretty positive overall I think, I am just hoping that it isn't just relief to get them over with. Just the anxious wait then for results day x 2

Wednesday is here.....so thinking of all you folks with children sitting last exams today and hoping all goes well Also hoping those who have to wait until Thursday/Friday will feel that great sense of relief when it is over too....and can destress over the weekend

We have finished It is like a huge cloud has been lifted over the house. Sadly it has been replaced with a real cloud that is currently dispensing an awful lot of rain Come on sunshine!

All done, !!! He's gone into Zombie mode, which is allowed for a couple of days, though I made him take the young rats we caught in the humane trap last night for a Very long walk before release

ED has finshed apart from General Studies next week and DS just has German and DT now and again not until the middle of next week, so we have some respite. DS didn't get up until midday today and ED has gone into domestic godess mode. She spent yesterday turning her room upside down and making biscuits, and today she cooked me a yummy mushroom risotto for lunch, I will get very fat if she keeps this up.

I have just cleared away all trace of GCSEs and A Levels from the house. I now have a whole box of paper for recycling from all the passed papers and notes that they made during revision The house is now officially a study free zone

ED got rid of quite a bit of stuff yesterday, my recycling box is full, and she has passed on her university guides to her brother.

ED has gone camping to a local water park with her friends and I have just picked up DS and bought him a celebratory portion of chips on the way home. He didn't have any disasterous exams and seems pretty confident that he will get the grades to stay on at his grammar school for 6th form He is cleaning the offices this afternoon but we will take him out for a meal afterwards.
