Chicken boarders

I changed the brand of layers mash I give my hens 2 weeks ago, and since then their poos are a lot firmer, and my sometimes softie laying Speckeldy is now laying eggs with a good hard shell.

 

Is this just coincidence, or is there a possibility the feed I am now giving them suiting them better?

I doubt that it is purely coincidence. I was getting a lot of softies when my girls were on ex batt crumbs, and since I changed to a different feed things have improved greatly.

Ah, fab, thanks. Currently mixing their growers mash and pellets for my girls and have heard good things about their food so will prob move on to their layers when time comes. Thanks.
