clucker1
Honest, yes it is true. I collected a lovely blue egg from my clever Skyline girl called Matilda yesterday @11am and then when OH went out yesterday at 6pm another blue egg had appeared. Matilda is the only one who lays blue eggs so it must of been her, what a clever girl. She gave herself a day off today.
LottyJ1
Wow that is amazing - I had two from the Plymouth Rock the other day - one early morning and the another when i went to feed them some corn in the late afternoon. I know its hers cause they are still small and very pale.
merlina
One or both of mine have developed strange egg-laying routines. Sometimes there are 3 eggs in a day (between 2 hens), sometimes one of them doesn't lay till they go back to the coop for the evening. One rarely lays before early afternoon
Purplemaniacs
My little bantam always lays late in the day. Chrissie
