patsylabrador
Something I saw in the paper and tried today. It's lovely. I adapted it slightly, this is what I did. One large orange, centre scooped out. Stud with cloves, place bunch of herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage) cinnamon sticks and star anise. It's beautiful, good enough for a centerpiece. Put in turkey cavity and carry on as normal. Smells gorgeous and the meat tastes delicious. Really happy with it. Merry Christmas. X.
