Torrential rain flooding run

I've been helping to back/break in Dafydd the Welsh pony for a few months.

He's done really well and we took him down to the beach to school him and he loved jumping the driftwood - I spent about 2 hours running up and down the beach jumping with him one afternoon

 

So we thought we'd try some freejumping with him in one of the paddocks, he loved that too!

 

Considering it was the first time he'd done it, I think he did pretty well!

What a lovely photo . The video is great - you can see he's really enjoying himself . You're messing with our heads putting that backwards jump in though .

What a sweetie, he looks like he's having so much fun. He'll probably make someone a nice gymkhana pony (do kids still go to gymkhanas?).

Yeah it is Ynyslas beach

I graduated from Aber in 2003 - I did animal science with the equine pathway. We spent a lot of time on Ynyslas. One of the best beaches ever.
