SarahJo
Sorry girls ..... had a vested interest in tonights footy, and actually screamed at the tv in the last 1/2 hr of play. If they won ... good news, and happy players to return to Manchester where hubby awaits with 2 England tops for the boys, to be signed. . If they LOST .... no chance ... I just hope they give him the signatures .... he will be the 1st person they see when the doors open on the plane .. surely it won't be that hard. . SarahJo
Graham could always fake a door "jam" on the aircraft, until little boys shirts have names on them (witnessed of course). But having said that he's not as upfront as me ... I got a photo with Ben on his 2nd and my 31st Birthday, with David Beckham at a Cheshire Play barn , only because I ASKED . Fleata
always worth asking. my grandpa alwys said, 'if you don't ask; you dont get!' he was quite right!
SarahJo
Only 4 of the squad came back through Manchester .. the rest got off at Luton, to go into London to celebrate . Graham managed to get Rio (Ferdinand) to sign Joes shirt, and Ben has Wayne Rooney on his .. how chuffed are they this morning.
Lesley
Aaaah! Hopefully, they are not old enough to get mugged in the playground Or are they not allowed to wear them?
SarahJo
I did say Ben could wear his, at his 6th football birthday party ... until Graham said NO. . No, we are going to frame them, along with pics of the players .. that way they won't go "missing" from school football kits.
