I would like to have a go at making peanut butter in it but the recipe I have uses roasted unsalted peanuts which I can't find anywhere. Peanut butter was one of the things I was looking forward to making in the Vitamix but the recipe book that comes with it is american so maybe unsalted roasted peanuts are more readily available there.
