Chickendoodle
This is an amazing voluntary scheme in the US where bikers help child abuse victims. It made me cry http://distractify.com/people/bikers/
Couperwife
Wow! *sniff* I love the last line..."are you scared?", "no", "why not?", "because my friends are scarier than he is!" love it! (But sad that they have to be in that position in the first place) Cathy X
Lavenders_Blue
What a wonderful scheme, and what brilliant people the bikers are to take part. Puts a lump in your throat.
newcountrygirl
me and my Hubby are bikers and the group we belong to which is a countrywide organisation have lots of different events where we do Toy Runs to childrens hospices and easter egg runs etc. Some of the most honest kind people I know have been met through motorcycling and some of the best of those are the ones who look the scariest!! Quite often you get talking to them and find out they are actually a Doctor, Bank Manager or Accountant too - so "respectable" - it taught me to never judge a book by its cover. welovemarmite
I had to respond. I have a little theory on this. The people who look 'scary' are people that are comfy with themselves, not afraid to be who they want to be, to express themselves how they are. Therefore they are happier people which naturally creates kindness. Does that make sense or is it rambling!
