Luvachicken Posted January 11, 2014 Share Posted January 11, 2014 I haven't been able to peg out washing for ages - and I don't have a tumble dryer But today, with the weather so sunny, I thought I would take a chance that no-one would light a fire or bonfire. I didn't peg it out until 1pm though so it probably won't be dry and my garden faces mostly North so not much sun on it either. But never mind, the wind has blown through it and I do love seeing washing blowing about on a washing line. We have a Sheila maid hanging thingy in the utility room and that's where all ours goes over the winter...either that or decorating the radiators! I do love the smell of a line of washing hung out to dry. It's so lovely and fresh. I don't have a tumble drier either, so also have washing draped round the house in winter.
