If you could go anywhere....

Recommended Posts

My bro has a big birthday coming up next year, and as he lives in Australia and I am in UK/Portugal we have decided to meet up in USA 8) The next question is where, going to either be Oregon (family there), Arizona (family there) or New York (family nearby) :D

Just came back from Mull. We've already booked next year!

Have to say it was cool, damp and windy most days but oh my goodness the wildlife and the solitude is out of this world.

I just love Mull too. I've been a few times and each time I go I hope I'll be back . . . and yet I wouldn't want to live there

We are off to the Lake District in a couple of weeks - never been before, so we are excited about that.

Then its back to Greece in September, for a visit to Skiathos. A bit worried about this tbh, with all the anti Greece stuff going on at the moment, but we do love the islands & are sure it will all be good.

Yep, same here - I couldn't put up with midges any longer than I have to! Luckily we only had one day that they were up and about but then the wind blew them away again. We've seen worse swarms in Glencoe. I think we were very lucky!!!
