Ladylucan
Well that was the original plan, i was just going to add them, and it may have been a few weeks before he did notice, but he got the weekend of work I was going to get him to give me a lift, so have to tell him now...... At the moment he is still in bed, so still have a bit of time to decide what to say...................
Egluntyne
If he is anything like Him Indoors he won't notice.....and you can do the "what? those? I've had them for weeks" routine. Works every time. I bought a yellow Eglu a few weeks ago......he's not spotted it yet! He power-washed a slippery path on Friday evening, and put his gloves on top of it......and didn't clock it! sparkleeeeee
oh cream legbars are great!, i have three of them and they are (hopefully) just about to lay. they are so calm and very friendly and are just beautiful, cant wait to see the colour of the eggs. the breader told me that the bluer the legs the bluer the eggs. i have one with quite blue legs so i cant wait to see if that is right. good luck today
Ladylucan
Well i broke it to him earlier, i just said that i had to go to Maidstone, so he asked what for, and so i just told him that i had to pick up two chickens,......... Well you can imagine his face , so i did then mention quickly that i wasnt going to get anymore, which in so many words is right, i did only pickup two today,.. and i never promised so that leaves it open... which is good as i fell in love with a White Star, or i think that is what it was. so may just have to get one of those as well.. but i will leave that till he is at work, ...... I will post some piccys of my new girlies in a min when i have downloaded them, but they are just so cute, pictures of them dont do their colouring justice, .. they are lovely. x
