Efficient postage costs?

Recommended Posts

As Omleteers are the font of all knowledge I was after some advice please...

I volunteer for a non-profit and we've just finished an info leaflet we'll be sending out to people interested in joining.

They are A5 and I guess around 200g so may have to go as a small parcel not letter - will be sent out as people request them but I guess around 100-200 a year.

Does anyone know what the most efficient postage costs may be?

I've looked at Franking Machines but they're costly/involve long term contracts so wondered if anyone else has ideas?

Thanks :)

I reckon at 200g they would be large letter not small parcel. Money Saving Expert lists deals on stamps (none available at the moment) but as the price is due to rise at the end of this month is is worth stocking up?

ETA - according to Royal Mail's website a large letter is up to 353 x 250 x 25mm in size and up to 750g in weight. Hope that helps! :D
