Ain't Nobody Here
I went to a reflexologist yesterday - mainly because I've been having recurring minor sinus pain for months and thought it worth a try but partly out of curiosity. I found it enjoyable and relaxing but would be interested to know if you rate it as a treatment for minor ailments.
Janepie33
I've been having reflexology regularly for the last 10 years, mainly for a sore lower back. I don't really think it helped my back, but it definitely relaxes me and makes me feel more positive!
Space Chick
I've been having reflexology for around 8 years now. I think it's soothing and relaxing. Don't know how much it can heal, but certainly if I've been having any issues my reflexologist picks them up! I find it a lovely pampering experience
Saronne
I've been having reflexology for more than 10 years and also find it very relaxing. My practitioner picks up on little ailments/hormonal shifts, etc. which is spooky and impressive. I attribute my good health to regular sessions - though I obviously have no proof!
