Lavenders_Blue
Does anyone have any suggestions for good podcasts to listen to? The TV offering these days seems to be so diabolical that I'm more or less giving up on TV, getting back into reading, and I thought I would give podcasts a whirl too. I've subscribed to Simon Mayo's confessions (I love this on the radio). But what else is good? I'm sure the Omlet Collective will have some great suggestions
jasperaliceuk
The ones I subscribe to are: Inside Health BBC4, Gardeners Question Time, Woman's Hour, The Kitchen Cabinet - all radio 4 stuff which I have never listened to before but really enjoy. DogCast Radio. The Dog Trainer - Quick and Dirty tips and one which I really enjoy if you enjoy history is Voices of the First World War. Valkyrie
Hubby likes listening to the financial podcasts (big yawn from me as he tries to listen when we are on holiday not good when I'm driving LOL!) on his way to work, but now instead of him being able to listen to them all, he only gets to hear one programme and none of the others. Thinks it may be down to updating on the phone that has messed it all up.
Lavenders_Blue
Thank you I might just steer clear of the financial ones (big yawn from me too) but I like the sound of the two dog ones. Off to check those out now!
chickencam
Just a minute is a good one, even my two older children enjoy this.
