clucker1
Can anyone recommend somewhere to buy cake accessories from. In particular I am after cardboard cake boxes, tin foil trays and wrappings for individual muesli bars, preferably recyclable. Lakeland used to sell cake boxes a very long time ago....I did a year or so ago send them a product request but they told me they don't get enough demand for them which is a shame. I quite often give cakes as presents and my present supply of boxes from Lakeland is running very low....I thought they would rush off the shelves with all the bake off stuff going on. Thank you
Space Chick
Hobbycraft do a lot now. But they aren't cheap. eBay is good if you know sizes.
Valkyrie
We are quite lucky to have this not too far away: http://www.squires-shop.com/uk Tis a bit on the expensive side though (probably because it's Farnham and everything is expensive there). Guest
Our local Poundworld have cake boxes, not sure of the size but if you have a branch nearby may be worth you popping in, my local Poundland do a Jane Asher baking range so maybe that has cake boxes in it. Try The Range as they have cake decorating supplies
bluekarin
My Sainsburys did sell individual cardboard loaf cases which were really cute. I think it will be a case of looking online at various cookery suppliers to see. Quite often you need to go to each individual site as opposed to googling cake cases etc

chickencam
Sorry can't work out how to copy a link in my iPad, but there is a great shop in Bristol that does mail order and has quite a good range of cake boxes it is called kitchencookshop.co.uk. I could spend hours in their shop, and frequently do when I go to visit my ED.
bluekarin
Sorry can't work out how to copy a link in my iPad, but there is a great shop in Bristol that does mail order and has quite a good range of cake boxes it is called kitchencookshop.co.uk. I could spend hours in their shop, and frequently do when I go to visit my ED. You press the top address bar until it's all highlighted, then you press again, it as hard, and a grey box will come up with copy etc (camt remember the other two things) and you click copy. Then in the text box where you type your message on here, press and you should get a grey box come up with paste. Click that and voila! If you then highlight the URL you've just pasted and click the URL button above this text box, it will make the link an active one Hope that helps for future links for you.
