Chicken bald back

I am new to the site but not to chickens but this time I am snookered, apart from moulting what else would stop hens laying, I have 18 hens but this last few days just getting one egg I know odd hens are moulting but this sudden drop has never happened before and I feel something is not right, they are standing oddly, I know it sounds stupid but I can't see anything else except I noticed on one or two of the combs a black spot, has anybody any ideas, they are de-liced and wormed fairly regularly.

What do you use to worm them?

 

How old are they and are they hybrids or pure breeds.

Or any egg eaters.I only had 6 but was getting no eggs in afternoon.I then started checking every half hour and got 5-6 eggs.Then discovered one was tucking in and leaving hardly a trace.
