Cat tails
Picked up my ladies today from their boarding place, which is a childrens petting farm with loads of chickens and other fowl running around. Apparently they gave the free ranging cockerels quite the runaround. First time in ages they needed to strut their stuff to impress my stoic ladies! The resident hens don't get them all excited anymore, but my little New Hampshire bantams made them all manly again! One of the caretakers said they haven't seen them so active and strutting in ages! And another bonus: my three tiny hens were among a very few that were actually laying. And they have dozens of hens running around the place! Luvachicken
It's nice when your own hens are laying more than somebody elses isn't it Sounds like your girls were a form of cockerel Viagra
Cat tails
Hahaha! Who knows! They aren't blue though... Those giant handsome cockerels almost made me want one too though. Untill I woke up to the complaints of my hens this morning.... A cockerel must be much worse!
Alis girls
Will this mean the patter of tiny feet Catstails? or were they segregated.
Cat tails
Haha no tiny feet unfortunately! They have two boarding pens, where my ladies stayed. Most of their other fowl free ranges permanently, including some guinea fowl and a bunch of huge turkeys!
Alis girls
The chicken bit of forum seems to have become a tad sexy - with threads on rampant cockerels and chickens in ravines etc. OOh too much on a wet Sunday morning.
