jimnpaula
I know on some of the crochet threads there are comments on how people can't 'get' how to do a magic loop. Today on my facebook this video by Moogly was featured and I thought it might help some people as she's doing it a little bit different. It's in American crochet terms. http://www.mooglyblog.com/the-magic-circle/ eta: changed the title as "magic loop" is a way to do small diameter circular knitting. kinsk
Thank you, will have a look after dinner. I have managed to do one a couple of times but it's always such hard work and takes me several attempts, and more often than not I just give up. My husband is doing up his childhood tractor to do a tractor rally later in the year and I want to make him one of these http://ashleemarie.com/crochet-bobble-beard-pattern-multiple-sizes/ So being able to crack a magic ring would really help! Egluntyne
Very good. Don't forget though, when she says single crochet, she means double (UK) and when she refers to double she means treble (UK).
