Chicken Licken
I am feeling overexcited about getting my old Rayburn stove mended. The chimney is swept and the firebox has been rebuilt which means it is ready to go, and the broken door now is not broken and shuts and is sealed - I am actually keeping my fingers crossed - last winter my erratic central heating left me wrapped up and feeling chilly in the house on a number of occasions - now the rayburn is fixed and good for a few more years I hope (it cost a lot to fix but still thousands cheaper than a new replacement would have been). Had to share! and the chookie girls have been in the kitchen to visit!

Karen & co.
Oooh lovely We have an Aga, and when we first moved in 10 years ago I would have paid someone to take it away, as I hadn't a clue how to use a cooker with no k"Ooops, word censored!"s Now I would chain myself to it like Emily Pankhurst to prevent anyone taking it karen x
